I’m Neil Watson, and with over 1,000 glowing Google reviews, we know we’re doing something right. Now, with demand continuing to grow, we’re looking for a number Sales Associate to join our team, in both our jewellery store and our soon-to-open speciality watches store.

**Who you are**: You’re cluey with numbers, goal-driven, socially confident, and able to balance charm with professionalism. You know when to be creative in the moment, when to stand your ground, and when to let optimism guide you. With, ideally, 3 years retail sales experience (ideally jewellery), you’re ready to own the sales function and delight clients.

**The role**: You’ll help clients find what “special” means to them
- listening, presenting, negotiating, and closing with flair. Expect to manage margins, follow up leads, update the CRM, and ensure every customer walks away feeling valued.
