The Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support across a diverse client base.
This is a full-time position for an Information Technology Support Technician based in office in Launceston, where you will work across Microsoft environments, on-prem infrastructure, and networking, with a mix of remote support, onsite work, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 and Level 3 IT support across multiple client environments Administer Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, and security features Support and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and core services Troubleshoot and resolve Windows desktop and endpoint issues Diagnose and resolve networking and connectivity issues Manage escalated support requests and complex incidents Maintain clear documentation, ticket updates, and client communication Contribute to projects, system improvements, and client onboarding
Skills and Experience
Required: Proven experience in Level 2 or Level 3 IT support Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration Solid understanding of Windows Server environments Solid knowledge of Windows 11 support Networking knowledge Good communication and customer service skills Current driver’s licence Full Australian working rights
Preferred but not essential: Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools
