Client Details A reputable Australian business, our client is currently experiencing internal growth and as a result is looking to expand and strengthen its business partnering and financial modelling team with this newly created role. Description Reporting into the Manager for Finance Business Partners, the key scope of this role will include:
- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial guidance and support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Evaluate business cases and business plans through scenario analysis.
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets and ensure alignment with organisational goals and policies.
- Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare management accounting and reporting packs for divisions.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation. Profile The successful candidate will possess the following traits:
- Qualified qualifications such as CPA or CA.
- Prior experience working in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or FP&A; role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
