Part Time or Casual Retail Assistant (Customer Service & Admin) – Just Spas Launceston Are you confident with customers and enjoy helping people find the right solution? Just Spas Launceston is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Casual Retail Assistant to join our team! We're offering approximately 15 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours during busy periods. About the Role This is a customer-focused position where you'll be the face of our showroom. You'll assist customers in finding the right spa or wellness product, while delivering a high-quality in-store experience. This role also includes a range of administrative duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and behind-the-scenes organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting showroom customers and providing product guidance
- Processing sales and handling transactions using POS systems
- Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- General administrative tasks including data entry, quoting, and order processing
- Maintaining showroom presentation and supporting daily operations About You We're looking for someone who is:

- Available on some Saturdays (9:00am – 1:00pm) – essential
