Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a high standard of food preparation, production, service, plating, meal distribution, ware‑washing, and cleaning of the hospital service areas and in accordance with the relevant codes of practice.
- Support the team in all aspects of the cafeteria including counter and service areas, with the ability to assist in the making of delicious coffees.
- Actively participate in and contribute to the organisation’s Quality & Safety and Work Health & Safety processes, including in the development and implementation of safety systems, improvement initiatives, safeguarding practices for vulnerable people, and related training.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitising all kitchen equipment, utensils, floors, and walls as directed by relevant supervisors and in accordance with relevant guidelines. Benefits
