Cleaner (Casual) (Launceston)

We are seeking motivated and reliable Cleaners to join our growing team! We are a Launceston-based company dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. As a Cleaner, you will play a key role in maintaining clean and healthy environments for our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and emptying trash receptacles
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
- Work independently and as part of a team

**Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required (we provide training!)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
