A proud local Australian business, our client is a market-leader within their respective industry. Due to company growth and winning current contracts, the team is now looking to strengthen its commercial and contracts team with this new Commercial Manager
- Finance role.

Description

Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and analysis to support decision-making processes.

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive business performance.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational strategies.

Provide insights into financial performance by analysing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

Oversee cost control measures and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Managing contracts, ensuring accuracy of terms and commercial strength.

Running bids & tendering process.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Support the leadership team with strategic financial planning and advice.

Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team to achieve organisational goals.

Profile

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA).

Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Robust understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.

Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and influence decision-making.

Excellent analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.

A proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges and opportunities.

Leadership experience with a track record of developing and managing teams effectively.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
