- The stability and global opportunities of the Beijer Ref Group About the Role This is a secure, full‑time Monday‑Friday role, reporting to the Branch Manager. You will:
- Help customers find the right products and solutions (training provided)
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Support warehouse operations including picking and packing
- Operate a forklift (we’ll fund your licence and training if needed)
- Use internal systems to process orders and enquiries (full training provided)
- Deliver great counter service and support trade customers
- Build strong relationships with local tradies and technicians
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised workspace in line with WHS standards Qualifications & Skills You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- A genuine passion for helping customers
- A helpful and positive attitude
- Customer service or retail experience (trade or technical environments highly regarded)
- Strong relationship‑building skills
- A practical mindset and willingness to learn new technical skills
- Confidence communicating with customers and teammates
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Experience in warehousing is preferable
