Assistant Store Manager Longford

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Longford team and join our store to lead several departments. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and extensive experience in supermarket retail management, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities
- Lead several departments within the store.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, WH&S; and Food Safety regulations. Qualifications
- Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills that nurture and drive team performance and engagement.
- Stock management experience, with skills in planning, merchandising and strong attention to detail.
- Energy and a positive mind‑set, as well as a love of working with food and people (both team members and customers).
- Availability to work full time on an agreed roster across our trading hours, including early and late shifts and alternate weekends.
- In‑depth knowledge of daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and WH&S; and Food Safety regulations.
- Physical fitness for lifting and standing. This role would suit an ambitious and experienced food retail qualified who aspires to one day become a Store Manager.
