The Position

The Company is actively looking for a Graduate majoring in Human Resources to assist our National Resourcing Manager located in Perth.

This is a excellent chance to join the People & Culture team in our rapidly developing organisation.

Duty will include:

Assistance with recruitment including advertisements

Maintaining personnel files

Implementing HR initiatives and programs

Liaising with other team members and managers

Assistance with On Boarding

Coordination of career fairs and expos

Report and update key stakeholders on progress of HR strategic plan implementations

Developing resource planning tools

The Person

The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications, experience and behaviours:

Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or related field

Office Administration experience

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

Solid written & verbal communication skills

Solid attention to detail

Sound time management skills

Ability to work as part of a team & independently

Knowledge of HR systems, practices and / or standards

It is vital that you present yourself in a professional and smart manner.

Your organisational skills are of high standard and you are able to cope with large workloads.
