Senior Design Integrator (Tasmania)

About the role As our new Senior Design Integrator, you will be a vital part of the Integrated Design team that changes the way we design and deliver major works with a focus on people, movement, place and sustainability. Your role will include: Responsibilities Design leadership and coordination on major projects Application of your design knowledge and skill sets in areas such as Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Strategic planning to a wide variety of project types Coordinating project inputs across multi‐disciplinary teams Assistance with bid preparation and coordination Contributing to a growing design‐led culture in project and bid teams Qualifications Design degree in one or more of these areas: Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Strategic planning across a wide variety of project types Demonstrated experience in project management / design management Experience in transport infrastructure planning and design Experience leading multi‐disciplinary design teams in both bid phase and delivery phase Understanding and/or experience in delivering precinct scale sustainability initiatives A genuine passion for re‐imagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future What we offer Flexible work hours, work from home, working holidays, part‐time and job share options.
