- Saturday morning About the Role Working morning shifts, you will be responsible for preparing key ingredients and dishes that support our evening service. This includes producing house‑made sauces, preparing pastas, receiving deliveries, managing stock, and completing daily vegetable preparation while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Key Responsibilities
- Preparing house‑made sauces and staple menu items
- Assembling and preparing lasagne and other pre‑service dishes
- Washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables for dinner service
- Receiving supplier deliveries and checking stock
- Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met About You
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Robust attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to manage deliveries and maintain organised stock
- Passion for quality food and teamwork
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Italian cuisine
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience required Position Details
