Factual Investigator (Launceston)

Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Tasmania! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you
- this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day. The Role
- Attend various locations, predominantly within Launceston and a proportion of work across Tasmania.
- Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties.
- Prepare and draft factual reports. About You
- Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence.
- Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
- Experience conducting Workers Compensation, CTP and General Insurance investigations is preferred.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines. What We Offer
