Working closely with a lead agent, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly from managing day-to-day administration to supporting the sales process and delivering an exceptional client experience. About You You’re organised, proactive, and people-focused, with a natural ability to build rapport and create positive experiences for clients. You will bring:
- A genuine passion for customer service and relationship building
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Adobe, Canva, Social media (or a willingness to learn)
- A genuine interest in real estate and learning the industry
- Willingness to obtain a Property Representative Licence (if not already held) What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the lead sales representative with day-to-day administration
- Assisting with property marketing, listings, and campaign coordination
- Managing client communication and ensuring a high level of service
- Preparing documents, proposals, and marketing materials
- Coordinating appointments, inspections, and follow-ups
- Conducting inspections and open homes
