The Opportunity We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Hobart, TAS. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at a single site. Duties
- General cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing
- Cleaning and disinfecting offices, amenities, public areas, and lunchrooms
- Safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Operating machinery such as buffers, scrubbers, and floor sweepers
- Waste removal and replenishment of consumables
- Adhering to WHS procedures and site requirements
- Delivering consistent, high-quality service and meeting client expectations Mandatory requirements
- Australian Citizen (essential
- due to security clearance requirements)
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a Baseline or higher Australian Government Security Clearance
- Current National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months, or willing to obtain) Skills and Experience
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transport
- Strong understanding of cleaning processes and hygiene standards
- Valuable communication and time management skills
