We are seeking qualified, motivated Patient Services Assistants to join us. You will be an integral member of our team and provide patient centric cleaning duties, food & beverage services, transportation of patients and patient support. Casual positions Monday to Sunday. Day shifts, afternoon shifts, and night shift positions. Busy fast-paced environment. Responsible for ensuring that Victorian Public Health cleaning and Food Safety standards are met.What you’ll bringYou’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.To thrive in this role, you will have: Health Services Assistant Certificate lll, or equivalent, or working towards completing. Current Food Handling Certificate. Excellent customer service skills and have a passion for attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to show initiative and work within a team environment. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Ability to understand Patients' diet codes. Enthusiastic and a positive can-do attitude. A commitment to policies and procedures in order to maintain a safe and healthy workplace for patients, staff and members of the public.You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
