The Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential property portfolio, supported by established systems and a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a residential leasing portfolio
- Maintaining solid relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Conducting routine inspections and completing condition reports
- Managing lease renewals, arrears, and compliance requirements
- Tribunal preparation and attendance when required

About You
- Previous residential property management experience
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and professionally
- High attention to detail and customer service
- Current Certificate of Registration / Real Estate Licence
- Current driver’s licence
