- Renal Dialysis to deliver home haemodialysis care in Werribeeand other areas across Melbourne VIC. You will: Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis carein patients’ homes, including individual case management. Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies. Deliver education, counselling, and group supportaimed at improving patients’ health outcomes. Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff. Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and clinical research initiatives. Desired Skills and Experience What You'll Need: Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Recent Experience in Haemodialysis Australian Working Rights Demonstrated competency in planning patient care, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives Willingness to complete: Police Check Working with Children’s Check Obtain a current ALS and BLS Certification How to Apply Ready to join our team and make a real difference?
