Location & Position Casual Early Childhood Educator – Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program, Tallangatta, Victoria (postcode 3700). About the Role You will be part of a growing team of educators delivering after‑school programs that provide high‑quality education and care to school‑aged children. You will provide nurturing care, ensure a secure and welcoming environment, and create recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all children. You will build positive relationships with the team and work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for the children and families. What’s on Offer

- Enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare, able to build positive relationships with children and team members
- Experience in early childhood education or working with children in any capacity
- Ability to plan and implement a fun, safe and engaging program that meets laws, regulations and learning frameworks
- Current or willing to obtain First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates and a Working with Children check
- Qualifications equivalent to a Diploma in Early Childhood Education are acceptable (e.g., Bachelor of Arts, Science or Diploma of Community Services) Benefits Competitive hourly rate, additional casual loading, salary packaging options and a supportive working environment.
