Receptionist Walla Walla

The KOTZUR GROUP of companies is a long established, successful family owned engineering/fabrication business with over 200 employees across Walla Walla NSW and Toowoomba Qld. With clientele from all over Australia and overseas, we specialise in the provision of bulk solid storage and handling systems.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team at Kotzur in Walla Walla , NSW (30 minute drive from Albury). As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service, as well as providing support to our finance and administration team.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming and greeting all visitors in a friendly and skilled manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members

Providing administrative support, including data entry, and general office duties

Processing timesheets to support an accurate and efficient payroll process

Processing invoices, purchase orders and goods receipting

Ordering and distributing company uniform supplies

Performing other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities

Proficient in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced workplace

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
