Chef – Randwick Barracks Full-time position in a structured, team-focused kitchen environment at Randwick Barracks, NSW. The role involves preparing and cooking high-quality buffet-style meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a full-time roster with early start and early finish options. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality buffet-style meals across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Support kitchen operations including stock control, deliveries and storage.
- Maintain food safety, HACCP and allergen compliance at all times.
- Follow workplace health and safety standards and minimise waste.
- Work as part of a team to deliver consistent food quality in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- Previous experience in commercial kitchens or bulk catering environments.
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen standards.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Reliable, team-focused and able to work in structured environments.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check. Advantages
