Concrete Pumping Allocator (Petrie)

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Pump Bookings Allocator to manage daily scheduling and coordination of our pump fleet and crews. This role requires strong knowledge of concrete pumping operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think clearly under pressure. You will be responsible for allocating pumps and operators efficiently, liaising with builders and site supervisors, managing last-minute schedule changes, and ensuring all booking information is accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate will have hands-on concrete pumping experience, understand different pump types and job requirements, and be confident making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills, high energy, and a solutions-focused mindset are essential. Previous dispatch or operations experience in construction or transport is highly regarded.
