About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Farm Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our horticulture division. Reporting to the Farm Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing farm operations, leading a high-performing team, and contributing to the delivery of annual production, safety, and financial targets.

Working within a dynamic orchard workplace, you will be part of a cooperative team focused on achieving optimal growth, yield, and operational efficiency, while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.
