About Pace Farm

About the Role
We are looking for reliable and motivated Process Workers who are available for ongoing work with an immediate start. As a Process Worker, you will be responsible for:
Stacking cartons on pallets
Wrapping of pallets
Pick and pack of eggs into cartons
Loading cartons of eggs onto conveyor belts
Working at a fast pace
Repetitive tasks
Standing and bending for long periods
Role Details
Rotating roster, 4 to 5 shifts per week.
AM shift – 7.00am to 3.15pm
PM shift – 3.00pm to 10.30pm
Must have availability to work seven days a week and have the flexibility to work beyond your shift if required.
Location: West Wyalong, NSW
Salary: Ranging from $30.35 to $31.61 depending on experience. There will be additional penalty rates paid for PM shift and weekend work.
Requirements
Ideally previous experience working in a packing/process environment.
Used to working to a fast pace in a high-pressure setting.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, bending, and lifting.
Transparent communication skills, both when working independently and interacting as part of a team.
Adhere to OH&S; policies and company procedures.
A pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening, is required before you begin.
A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a car.
