We're looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented **Operations/Logistics Assistant** to join our growing team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves logistics, and enjoys working behind the scenes to make events run smoothly — we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the daily coordination of deliveries, pickups, and warehouse schedules
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and drivers to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of items
- Maintain inventory records and track hire equipment across events
- Prepare and pack furniture orders with precision and care
- Support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager in planning efficient delivery routes
- Respond to operational issues as they arise, ensuring quick and effective resolution
- Assist with bump-ins/bump-outs and onsite logistics when required
- Ensure WHS compliance in warehouse and on job sites
- Keep workspace organised, clean, and operating efficiently

**About You**
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- Great communication
- you’re confident dealing with clients, drivers, and suppliers
- A keen eye for detail and pride in doing things right the first time
- Comfortable working in a physically active role
- lifting and moving stock as needed
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to last-minute changes
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Valid driver’s licence (manual preferred); MR licence a bonus
- Previous experience in events, furniture hire, logistics or warehousing is a plus

Pay: $49,900.00
- $83,645.61 per year
