The Role

As the AP Officer, your role will include the following responsibilities:

- Full function Accounts Payable processing including preparation of payment run
- Matching goods' receipts with purchase orders
- Create and maintain vendor master files
- Prepare vendor statement reconciliations
- Assist with expense reimbursements
- Company credit card reconciliations

Your Background
- Full-time working rights in Australia
- Immediately available to start or short notice period
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Adaptable, forward-thinking, and open-minded personality
- SAP experience is highly regarded
