Job Description

Oversee and manage financial records with accuracy and efficiency.

Prepare and process invoices, payments, and reconciliations in a timely manner.

Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Support the Accounting & Finance team in maintaining compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Admin should have:

Proficiency in Xero and Excel skills.

A robust understanding of accounting principles.

Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
