Commercial Property Officer (Inner West Council)

**Duties**: Working alongside a longstanding team (4
- 15 years of tenure), this role will see you supporting two Commercial Property Managers. Provided with any necessary training, you will be responsible for:

- Take and address inquiries, and draft correspondence
- Conduct ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
- Raise work orders & Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- General tradie and contractor management
- Approve invoices as well as Water, Council and Strata rates
- Drafting documents and Admin management

**Specific requirements**:

- A desire to be in Real Estate
- Must have a Real Estate Certificate of Registration (Associate Agents Certificate) or be close to obtaining it
- A car and drivers license
- Living locally or knowledge of the East would be an advantage
- Solid admin and computer skills
