Accounts Payable Officer Autosports Group (Leichhardt)

Autosports Group is a large listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands with approximately 1800 people across 55 dealerships in NSW, QLD, VIC and NZ.

Based in head office in Leichhardt we are looking for an accounts payable person to join this amazing team.

**Some responsibilities of this role include**:

- Processing invoices through an automated workflow OCR system
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Preparing weekly EFT payments
- Reconciling and clearing internal accounts
- Liaising with internal and external customers
- Effective management of the AP inbox
- Internal Year End reports
- Filing and all other admin duties

**What we are looking for in you!**
- Minimum of 2 years’ Accounts Payable experience
- Highly developed organisational and communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills with MS Excel, Office, accounting software and databases
- To be able to meet strict deadlines and to be able to multi-task
- Pleasant phone manner
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise your workload
- Experience in the Motor Vehicle industry would be advantageous
