Finance Manager
- Manufacturing DMC Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a leading manufacturing business to appoint a Finance Manager within their diversified portfolio.

This role sits with a subsidiary within the group and will be overseeing the financial performance of the business. This role provides an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to be part of a large, diversified group with a strong footprint across manufacturing, distribution and supply chain.

This is a hands-on, value adding role offering ownership, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to grow with the business. Reporting to the Head of Finance, leading a small team and partnering with a range of stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for the overall financial performance of the business.

While the firm's head office is based in Sydney, they have an operational site in Tamworth and thus would be looking for candidates who'd be willing to spend a week a month working out of that office (expenses paid).

In this role, you will:


- Liaise with the Group's leadership team as the main POC for the business, providing financial insights to support decision making
- Own FP&A; processes including budgeting and forecasting and long-range planning
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end reporting and lead on statutory reporting, audit and technical accounting matters.
- Identify and implement process and automation improvements to improve efficiencies, accuracy and timeliness of financial outputs. About you:


- CA/CPA Qualified
- Proven experience across Commercial Finance / Business Partnering role,
- Ability to influence and collaborate with non-finance stakeholders

- Solid financial accounting knowledge with exposure to audits, governance and compliance. Ready To Make Your Mark?
