**About the role**

This position supports the health and wellbeing of the Inner West Council community through providing professional customer service and assistance to all users and members of the centre in a high volume customer environment. A key focus of this role is to deliver excellent customer service through providing up-to-date information on services, programs and activities to all Centre users. The role has a strong face to face element in order to assist customers as required, receive feedback and promptly resolve complaints from public within scope of authority.

**Remuneration**

$30.11 p/hour with 25% casual loading

**Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications**
- Previous experience in Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent industry
- Experience in a fast-paced high volume customer service environment
- A demonstrated high level of interpersonal and customer service skills
- Flexible outlook and ability to resolve problems
- Organisational and administrative skills
