**The Position**

In the role of Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Oversee the day-to-day management of your portfolio
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage urgent repair and maintenance requests
- Ingoings/Outgoings/Routine inspections
- Negotiate rent reviews/lease agreements
- Minimise rental arrears

**The Person**
- A minimum of 2+ years previous Property Management experience
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or in the process of obtaining one)
- First-class communication and customer service
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
- Good personal presentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- A good teamwork ethic
