The Role We are looking to welcome a dedicated and experienced Child Care Worker to join our friendly and supportive team. Our centre features age-specific learning environments with an open, intimate feeling. Our playgrounds and resources are designed to facilitate interactive learning and ensure a fun, engaging time for our children. Key Duties
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of an educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development.
- Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program participation, and daily information.
- Assisting with daily room tasks, such as activity preparation and meal times.
- Assuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant Government Regulations and centre policies. Requirements of the Role
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a child care worker or in a similar position.
- Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) Number.
