Property Officer Inner West Council

Property Officer Positioned in a convenient location close to local shops and amenities, our client is looking to welcome a Property Officer for their team who will add value to the rental department. About the role
- Conduct outgoings inspections.
- Communicate with tenants and landlords on a regular basis, ensuring both are well informed.
- Assist the leasing team with open homes, leasing, ingoings and outgoings as required.
- Maintain and manage all data entry and emails. About you
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
- Highly organised with an exemplary eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- A minimum of 1 year experience of administration within the Real Estate Industry in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must own a car and hold a current driver's licence. Full time. Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year. Experience: Property management: 1 year (Preferred).
