**CARER / DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER**

**About us**: Lifestyle Centred Services is a client focused individualised Disability Service throughout Victoria. We are an accredited and registered provider funded by NDIS, TAC and WorkSafe.

**The position**: The position is to provide support for an independent gentleman whose mobility is in a wheelchair who lives at home.

The position is to provide personal care, domestic duties and community support.

**Desirable**: Some experience as a carer
- particularly with wheelchairs and hoists
- would be an advantage, but not essential as training is provided in the home.

This position requires someone who is easy going, has valuable work ethics and is committed and reliable for rostered shifts.

**Mandatory**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (to be obtained on confirmation of employment)
- Current First Aid/CPR (HLTAID011/HLTAID003
- to be obtained on confirmation of employment)
- Current drivers’ licence

**Shifts Available**:

- Monday 4pm
- 8pm
- Wednesday 12pm
- 5pm
- Friday 7am
- 12pm

**Pay rate**:Above award rates plus allowances for weekends and public holidays (based on qualifications and experience).
