Internal Sales (Welshpool)

**About Us**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Industry experience in electrical contracting and/or engineering is advantageous but not essential.
