Internal Sales (Welshpool)

**Internal Sales**:

- Welshpool, WA, AUWe are looking for an Internal Sales / Trade Salesperson to join our _flagship_ Welshpool branch. You'll be selling a huge range of electrical products as part of our internal sales team in a busy and fast-paced branch.

**A bit about you**
- Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience essential
- Ideally you will have prior experience working in an internal sales team / trade counter role, with any prior electrical experience/knowledge highly regarded
- Experience and knowledge within the mining/industrial sectors highly desirable
- Strong computer literacy (Pronto / SAP / Excel experience highly regarded)
- CRM experience along with outstanding customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ mentality
- An eye for detail and a passion for profitable sales
- Ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks based on urgency for the customer, but with an understanding of the commercial impact to the business
- Thrive in a culture of change and be an advocate for driving change within the sales team

**A bit about your role**
- Manage sales orders, quotes and customer projects
- Replenishing showroom stock and actively look to mitigate stock outages
- Building robust relationships with our customers to help grow ongoing sales
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
- Engage with suppliers and external sales team to cultivate strong long-term working relationships.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
