Customer Fleet Support Manager (Welshpool)

**The Opportunity**: You will be supporting and managing the fleet health of all Komatsu equipment with BHPIO. This includes the new and advanced fleet of 930E-5 Electric Drive Trucks and WE1850-3 Electric Wheel Loaders.

In this customer facing role you will be the go-to expert providing technical assistance for the maintenance teams and supporting the customer to resolve issues and optimise equipment performance. Building strong business relationships and rapport with site management and maintenance teams is vital to meet the operational standards set by Komatsu.

Your role is responsible for reporting including HME inspection reports, machine audits, monthly system downloads, and non-compliance. This will also include understanding scheduled machinery downtime and maintenance plans, acting as a conduit between the customer site and Komatsu Management, Service, Technical Support and Parts teams.

**Role Located: 8:6 day shift only, FIFO ex Perth**

- Problem solving and diagnostic skills on hydraulic and electric Komatsu systems
- Effective communication ability with customers at all levels
