Disability Support Worker - Mirboo North, Vic

**About the Role** We are currently seeking a caring and reliable **male or female Disability Support Worker** to assist a participant based in Mirboo North, VIC.

This role will begin with a **paid trial shift every Tuesday**, and if it’s a outstanding fit for both you and the participant, there is an opportunity to grow into **3 to 4 days per week** ongoing support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Assist with community access and social engagement
- Support with routine activities and companionship
- Follow care plans and ensure participant wellbeing

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in disability support or similar role preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with participants

**Requirements**:

- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC), if applicable
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred)
