Warehouse Operator (Welshpool)

Fantastic Furniture is looking for reliable, hands-on Distribution Centre Operators, Warehouse workers to join our Supply Chain team. This role is critical to keeping our products moving safely, accurately, and efficiently through our Distribution Centre.

**About the Role**: Working closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors, you'll support daily DC operations while maintaining strong safety, quality, and productivity standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Load and unload trucks and containers (manual handling and MHE)
- Pick, pack, and accurately select products
- Operate forklifts and RF scanning equipment
- Conduct stock checks and pre-start MHE inspections
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards
- Identify and report damaged stock
- Follow WHS procedures and use required PPE at all times
- Work across inbound, outbound, and other DC departments as required

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong awareness of WHS and safe manual handling practices
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Basic written, verbal, and numerical skills
- Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn
