**Job Title: Aged Care Support Worker**

**Location**: Leongatha, VIC

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals with qualifications in Certificate III in Aged Care and experience in providing personal care, domestic assistance, respite, and transport for clients. We also welcome support workers with a minimum level of experience to assist with domestic duties and transport.

**What We Need from You**:

- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent)
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate (minimum of 3 doses)
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Valid driver's license or reliable source of transport
- Effective communication skills
