Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers.

Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales revenue.

Requirements:

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a related field.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.

Industry experience in electrical contracting and/or engineering is advantageous but not essential.
