Customer Service Supervisor (Welshpool)

**The Opportunity**: As Residential Logistics Service Supervisor, you'll lead our customer service centre team, ensuring excellence in council customer support and operational efficiency.

This pivotal leadership role involves managing daily call centre operations and driving continuous service improvements.

This role will be based in our corporate office in Welshpool 6106.
