Construction Worker (Welshpool)

**All-Rounder (Cleaning & Maintenance)**

**The Role**

We’re on the lookout for a reliable **All-Rounder** with solid construction experience and hands-on “handyman” skills. This role is diverse and challenging — one day you’ll be patching plaster, the next you could be scrubbing windows or dismantling scaffolds. If variety excites you, and you enjoy working across both maintenance and cleaning, this is the perfect opportunity.

**Maintenance Scope (varies job-to-job)**:

- Plaster & render patching
- Silicon work
- Mortar filling & brick replacement
- Concrete cutting
- Connecting flumes inside roof spaces
- Floor scraping
- External site clean-ups (debris, loose building materials)
- Internal site clean-ups (stacking materials, sweeping, rubbish removal)
- Landscaping prep (levelling/digging)
- Scaffold dismantling
- Other general handyman tasks as required

**Cleaning Scope (as needed)**:

- Initial & final cleans
- Sweeping & vacuuming
- Mopping & wiping surfaces
- Power washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Window cleaning (internal & external)
- General detail cleaning
- Commercial cleaning equipment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous construction and handyman experience is essential
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to switch between maintenance and cleaning tasks with ease
- Punctual, reliable, and skilled presentation
- Team player with a “get it done” attitude

**Requirements**:

- Driver’s licence & own transport preferred (but not essential)
- **MUST HAVE YOUR OWN ABN**:

- Own tools preferred — but if not, no worries, we’ve got you covered!
- Physically fit and capable of handling labour-intensive tasks
- Available Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday work if required)
