We’re looking for a motivated and personable Territory Sales Manager who is driven by purpose -not just sales
- to join our team, and work directly with farmers to improve livestock performance and achieve their on-farm goals In this role, you’ll spend your time building strong relationships with dairy farmers, offering practical solutions, and working with them to optimise feed strategies. If you’re passionate about agriculture, confident in a sales environment, and enjoy the day-to-day of working on farm, this could be the role for you What You’ll Do Visit farms across your region to promote and sell our animal feed range and provide related nutritional advice Deliver CopRice budgeted profit and sales target for the allocated region Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and create sustainable new business from which budgeted profit and sales targets can be delivered Implement long term marketing strategies to maximise brand awareness What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sales experience
- preferably in agriculture and direct to farm Knowledge of ruminant nutrition and farming practices (desirable) Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
