Service Warranty Coordinator (Welshpool)

**The Opportunity**: As a Service Warranty Coordinator you’ll oversee Komatsu’s warranty processes, giving you hands-on responsibility for every claim from initial setup through approval.

You’ll collaborate daily with field technicians, branch managers and customers, sharpening both your technical and communication skills while spotting opportunities to streamline workflows.

By owning critical touchpoints in our warranty process, you’ll gain visibility across the business and build a foundation for future growth within Komatsu.

**What we are looking for**:

- Trade qualified beneficial, not essential, or relevant mining equipment knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of warranty management and processes
- Experienced with Microsoft suite of tools
- Dynamics highly regarded
- Ability to work within a team environment
