As a Vehicle Accessory Fitter, you’ll play a key role in preparing 4WD vehicles for our customers by fitting accessories and installing electrical systems, all while ensuring top-notch quality and safety. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Accessory Fitting**: Install high-quality accessories like tow bars, bull bars, snorkels, suspensions, side steps, long-range tanks, and GVM upgrades on a range of 4WD vehicles.
- **Electrical Installations**: Fit electrical systems such as spotlights, light bars, dual battery systems, UHF radios, and brake controllers, ensuring everything is wired to perfection.
- **Pre-Delivery Inspections**: Perform thorough assessments and pre-delivery checks to guarantee vehicles are fully equipped and ready for customer delivery.
- **Apprentice Mentorship**: Guide and train apprentices, sharing your expertise and ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on current automotive systems, both electrical and mechanical, to keep your skills sharp and ensure your work is always at the cutting edge.
- **Vehicle Testing**: Test drive vehicles to verify successful installations and repairs.
- **Safety First**: Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized work environment at all times.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in **vehicle accessory fitting** and **automotive electrical installations**.
- Strong attention to detail and a **commitment to safety** in all aspects of your work.
- Ability to **train and guide apprentices**, helping them develop in the trade.
- A **valid driver’s license**.
- **Relevant qualifications** in automotive technology (Certificate III desirable).
- A **passion for 4WDs** and the expertise to bring out the best in each vehicle.
