Health Safety Environment Coordinator (Welshpool)

As our HSEQ Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality, safety, and environmental management systems. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Production to achieve and maintain safe working systems
- Facilitating compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 within legislative guidelines
- Facilitating management system reviews and maintaining all documents and records
- Coordinating mid-level management meetings to address escalated issues
- Driving efficiency and quality improvements on the workshop floor
- Maintaining the Risk Register and managing risks effectively
- Conducting internal audits , coordinating external audits , and overseeing corrective/preventative action
- Leading Annual Quality Management System reviews and presenting findings
- Reporting on continuous improvement targets to senior management on monthly basis
- Collaborating with Human Resources on legislative policy and procedure updates
- Incident and accident prevention
- Working with HSEQ nationally to have a uniformed approached Industry experience Manufacturing or related is beneficial.
