We are a vibrant café that prides itself on delivering excellent coffee, and great customer service. We are currently looking for a casual Kitchen Hand/Barista to join our team and help us create a welcoming and efficient workplace for our customers and the Foster community.

Job Description:

As a Kitchen Hand/Barista, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our café. You’ll be responsible for supporting team members with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area, making coffees and serving customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepping and cooking foods on the menu

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes and utensils.

Operate espresso machines and prepare a variety of coffee beverages to a high standard.

Assist in stock rotation and ensure ingredients are stored correctly.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or Barista is preferred.

A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn.

Solid attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and team-working skills.

A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Pay: $23.35
- $38.06 per hour
