Job Title: Chicken Farm Manager (On-site Accommodation Provided) Location: Near Lang Lang Job Type: Full-time – Immediate Start Condition: please note this is a live-in position and successful candidate must reside on the farm as part of the role. Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Chicken Farm Manager to join for an immediate start at our poultry farm located near Lang Lang Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who has experience in farm operations, livestock management. On-site residence is provided with all utilities included (no bills to pay). Key Responsibilities: Daily management and operation of the chicken farm Monitoring chicken health, feeding, and welfare Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and biosecurity standards Supervising staff and coordinating farm activities Record keeping and reporting farm performance Managing inventory, feed supplies, and maintenance needs Ensuring compliance with animal welfare and safety regulations Requirements: Previous experience in poultry/chicken farming or farm management preferred otherwise training will be provided.
